Address: Darby Street, Cooks Hill, NSW, 2300
Eng Juin, Sein Hon and I headed out down to town for dinner on Saturday night. We were thinking of sutff to eat… obviously no fast food. We already had more than enough of those in Jesmond. Eng Juin suggested Japanese food and finally we decided to try out a new place down in Darby St, Newcastle.
Heard lotsa times about this restaurant but didnt really get to try it out. Well to make it short, here is what we had for dinner on that night itself…

Main Dish: Unagi Set (Miso Soup and Rice) As you can see in the picture, its kind of a big piece lol and I wasnt really that hungry cause I just woke up from my slumber (yes I was sleeping since the moment I got home from badminton, okay la… it was only 2 hours =/) Well about the price, you can say that its a lil pricey la… that cost me AUD21.00 if im not mistaken lol. Once in awhile I guess its okay =)
Highlight of the night goes to “Siu Keong” a.k.a. cockroach. Apparently while we were waiting for our food, one blardy huge cockroach was crawling down the ceiling right behind Eng Juin. We were like… 0.0 and so happened that there was a waiter that passed by. Guess what was his reaction???
HE LAUGHED! Wtf ?! Arentcha suppose to like catch it immediately or whatever ya know. At least do something about it?! Here comes the better part… he joked about it being their pet and all…. and he walked off -_-” (Just as many of you are wondering, yes he never returned.) We ended up needing to catch it ourselves and hand it over to one of the waitresses to dispose it for us. I tell you… that was the worst service you could ever get in any restaurant!
Stupidity speaks it all.

Okay this is considered quite a post since its the 100th after all. As all of you know I’m not the type of person who blogs everyday or everyweek, sometimes it just goes blank in months =p I’m pretty sure it would’ve exceeded 100 easily if I was abit more passionate about blogging hehehe!
100th post eh… come to think of it. I started blogging like 2 years ago o.0 or maybe longer…? something like that la can’t really remember. I think it all started when I was still under Evan’s domain and was kinda noob with all the ftp site and Wordpress thingy. It has been such a long journey for me and my blog of course XD I guess the archive should have more than what’s on the blog since I lost the previous entries due to my carelessness - Yes, I thought I had it backup but I was wrong… was changing domain and everything went *poof* LOL. Ah well, not like it’s something important anyway. Just words =)
The world of blogging, really fascinates me on how you can get to know new friends through it as well as finding lost long friends and stuff. (well, not for me… just an assumption hahaha) I guess it’s just a way for us friends that are scattered across the globe busy pursueing our own degree to check on each other cause due to differences in time zone or being busy, most of us could just hardly get together and have a nice chat.
Don’t know why but all of a sudden, I’m just feeling sad that we’re growing up so quickly and soon, we gotta move on to having our on lifes. I always have this question in mind, “Where would all my friends be by then? Would we still be attached/close to each other?” No one would know what path lies before them. LOL I guess turning 21 really makes you think hard about life as you’re maturing and will be taken as an adult. No more kiddy attitude. No more pampering. No more this no more that.
Okay la, enough of lenghty post. I never like reading so much text in people’s blog so I should cut mine short as well =) Last but not least, this blog could only exist thanks to Mun Hoong that provides this wonderful webspace to me for FREE =D
Such great friend where to find =p
Again, 100th! Yippie!
